Personal training, for far too many year has just been about working out, pushing bodies to the max and counting reps!. To make real progress we need to delve much deeper and look at what you are doing during the other 167 hours of the week, where the hard work is often quickly undone!
To help you make real progress we will work on long term behaviour change. Do you want to improve poor habits? fire up your inner motivator? develop a strong understanding of what might be holding you back?
Your programme will be tailored to your needs, depending on your goals and current health.
As a level 4 PT, I often work with individuals, small groups and families impacted by health conditions such as High/Low blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, arthritis, depression, back pain, obesity or heart disease.

Workouts and coaching sessions take place outdoors or at your home. All equipment is supplied. Small Group Personal Training takes place at Gatland Park, Barming. *Private gym access available for a small additional fee subject to availability. With over 12 years working as a full time PT and behaviour change coach, I have helped 100's of families and individuals accomplish their wellbeing and fitness goals.
Small Group Personal Training Fees: £10 per session per person (Up to 6 people) Paid monthly in advance No need to sign up with other people, just come and join a group already training with me and meet some new friends! Session Times: Wednesday's 6am and 7am, Tuesday's 7pm (coming soon) Places limited so please contact me for more details.
