Covid 19 Update: During the current restrictions I am now offering Fit Squat sessions for a maximum of 5 people at anyone time and we will adhere to strict social distancing guidelines. Minimum kit workouts but any equipment that is used will be disinfected after use. If you would like to join a weekly session until your usual gym opens up again please get in touch.

Exercise alone is not enough to have any long term effect, behaviour change is key. Its always far to easy to slip back into old habits, or more commonly not addressing the negative habits in the first place! Getting to the bottom of why you do the things you do is the key to breaking negative cycles. Changing your perspective can and will unleash your potential.
By limiting the numbers to only 6 squad members per session, every person is treated as an integral part of the squad. As a group we want to see your success, excitement, boosted confidence and improved ability at every turn.
