If you are looking for a personal trainer who will passionately support you to achieve your goals look no further. I will educate and motivate you to make small changes week on week and encourage you to be accountable and consistent.
To help fit with your lifestyle and budget I offer 1-2-1 Personal Training (sessions at a time, place and duration to suit you, in and around Maidstone) or alternatively, personal training delivered in a small group environment at Gatland Park, Barming (Up to 6-2-1) which makes it lots of fun for everyone, more affordable and a great way of making new friends and connections.
The "Squad' brings together a group positive people who have at least 3 things in common.
They want to improve their current and future health, lifestyle and energy levels
They want to bepart of a fitness group that isalwaysfriendly, inclusive, supportive and fun
They are ready to prioritise themselves and follow the great mantra "progress not perfection!"

Exercise alone is not enough to have any long term effect on how you really feel, on weight control, increased energy levels, improved mood, consistent motivation or maintaining long term results. Its always far to easy to slip back into old habits, or more commonly not addressing the negative habits in the first place! Getting to the bottom of why you do the things you do is the key to breaking negative cycles. Changing your perspective can and will unleash your potential.
By limiting the numbers to only 6 squad members per session, you are my soul focus! Every person is treated as an integral part of the squad, as a group we want to see success, excitement, a boost in confidence and improved ability at every turn. The bad days will always crop up but as a squad we work through them together and carry each other through.

Members attend weekly lifestyle coaching sessions. I visit you at your home and we work through a 12 session programme called Recalibrate Wellbeing developed by Pip Lawrance. This outstanding proven programme consists of 12 key sessions linked to the 4 cornerstones of health.
Each one links on from the last and enables you to make small, hugely effective changes to your daily lifestyle and routine that build a stronger, happier, healthier and more productive you.
