During the 12 week coaching we follow the Recalibrate Wellbeing Programme which has been developed by Pip Lawrance from Wellbeing People Ltd
Throughout the course you will get access to the Wellbeing People online training academy where you can watch video's on each coaching session to recap and review. You will also get access to a huge amount of content, self awareness tasks and be part of the Recalibrate Wellbeing Tribe all over the world.

Choose from 1-2-1 or small group coaching (all online)
Commit to prioritising yourself for a minimum of 1 hour a week
Be ready to make changes as you become more self-aware and have some fun during the process!
Fees: Recalibrate Wellbeing Coaching £720 for 12 weeks personal coaching face to face or online via Zoom £250 for 12 weeks small group coaching via zoom (groups of 6)

Each one links on from the last and enables you to make small yet hugely effective changes to your daily lifestyle and routine thus building a stronger, happier, healthier and more productive you.
