The problem with main stream PT is that it can often be unaffordable, daunting and intimidating but more importantly, for many PT's its also just been about the "working out" Pushing your body to the max, counting reps then you returning for another gruelling session a few days later!
To make real progress I believe your need to delve much deeper into your human self and look at why you are where you are at. How are you really feeling and what you are doing during the other 165+ hours of the week, where the hard work you just put in is often quickly undone!
Its the changes to negative lifestyle habits that will have the biggest impact and life changing results. Combining regular training with behaviour change coaching is your key. Shining a light on 4 key areas: Mindset, Nutrition, Movement and Lifestyle will have the biggest impact. Implementing small but critical changes will catapult you forward and help you finally achieve your health goals.
Two types of membership options are available:
Personal Training: 1-2-1 sessions taking place at a time and location to suit you.
Group Personal Training: To enable those with busy family lives, limited expendable income and always short on time.
Group personal training session times: *spaces subject to availability - max 6 people per session Monday's 6pm or 7pm Tuesday's 6am or 7am Thursday's 6am or 7am Weekend morning session coming soon too

To support your real long term progress we will begin to work on your long term behaviours and where needed begin to make changes.
This is where we begin to slowly improve poor habits, fire up your inner motivators, develop a strong understanding of what might be holding you back and if needed we start to change your perspective.
During the 12 week coaching we follow the Recalibrate Wellbeing Programme which has been developed by Pip Lawrance for DayOne Wellness.
The additional fee of £159 gives you lifetime access to the course where you can watch video's on each coaching session to recap and review. You will also get access to a huge amount of content, self awareness tasks and be part of the Recalibrate Wellbeing Tribe all over the world.
This amazing programme consists of 12 lessons linked to the 4 cornerstones of health.
Each one links on from the last and enables you to make small, hugely effective changes to your daily lifestyle and routine that build a stronger, happier, healthier and more productive you.
As a level 4 PT coach, I often work with individuals impacted by health conditions such as high or low blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, arthritis, depression, back pain, obesity or heart disease. If you suffer from any of these you will be automatically given appropriate advice, support and additional information.
