You are probably familiar with personal training? A great solution for many that enables you to gain expert coaching from an external, professional motivator. The problem with main stream PT is that it can often be unaffordable, daunting and intimidating but more importantly, for many PT's its also just been about the "working out" Pushing your body to the max, counting reps then you returning for another gruelling session a few days later!
To make real progress I believe your need to delve much deeper and look at why you are where you are right now. How are you really feeling and what you are doing during the other 165+ hours of the week, where the hard work you just put in is often quickly undone!
Its the changes to negative lifestyle habits that will have the biggest impact and life changing results. Combining regular training with behaviour change coaching is your key. Shining a light on 4 key areas: Mindset, Nutrition, Movement and Lifestyle will have the biggest impact. Implementing small but critical changes will catapult you forward and help you finally achieve your health goals.
Three options are available:
Personal Training: 1-2-1 sessions taking place at a time and location to suit you. I can visit you at your home, in a park or in the private gym at *Southcote Healthcare in Maidstone. *additional fee of £12.50 per session applies
Small Group Training: To enable those with busy family lives, limited expendable income and always short on time.
12 Weeks of Health and Lifestyle Coaching - Recalibrate Wellbeing Programme Make small but vital changes to your lifestyle week by week to live your best life for the longest.
To support your real long term progress we will begin to work on your long term behaviours and where needed begin to make changes.
This is where we begin to slowly improve poor habits, fire up your inner motivators, develop a strong understanding of what might be holding you back and if needed we start to change your perspective.
During the 12 week coaching we follow the Recalibrate Wellbeing Programme which has been developed by Pip Lawrance for DayOne Wellness.
Throughout the course you will get access to the Wellbeing People online training academy where you can watch video's on each coaching session to recap and review. You will also get access to a huge amount of content, self awareness tasks and be part of the Recalibrate Wellbeing Tribe all over the world.
This programme consists of 12 lessons linked to the 4 cornerstones of health.
Each one links on from the last and enables you to make small yet hugely effective changes to your daily lifestyle and routine thus building a stronger, happier, healthier and more productive you.
As a level 4 PT coach, I often work with individuals impacted by health conditions such as high or low blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, arthritis, depression, back pain, obesity or heart disease.
